Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Owlan products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Timeframe
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@owlan.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Please check your order carefully upon arrival.
