Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes and duties will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
